RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All items are eligible for exchange, return or store credit. 

Return and exchange requests for all items must be made within 7 days of delivery. 

Your request must include Contact Info, Order # and Full Name of Purchaser, Date of Purchase and a brief description for the return or exchange.

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

FINAL SALE

International orders, items purchased as an exchange or for store credit, customized pieces, special orders, and items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code greater than 10% are final sale and non-refundable.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3: 00 pm.

Please note that once an order is placed we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 business days for your Ground order to be processed and shipped. Free ground shipping for all orders valuing $200 or higher via UPS. All domestic shipments are shipped via UPS and will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents are $500 or more.

UPS Next Day: Expected Delivery 1-2 days

UPS Second Day Expected Delivery: 2-3 business days

UPS Ground Expected Delivery from NYC: 5 - 10 business days 

Repair Policy

For repairs, please fill out our contact form Please include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser with Date of Purchase and you will receive a repair quote from our Customer Service Team within 3-5 business days.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All special orders including custom sizes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable.
